Bummer Summer!

I am going to order the above pattern for my new bedding and I can't tell you where I found it because you'll roll your eyes at the new 45 year version of myself (no bangs, they are gone).

If anyone is interested in giving me a small couch, please let me know. I want one.

New Beginnings

April and May are always hairy months. It finally stopped raining just in time for finals. I am about 95% finished with my second year of graduate school. I am house sitting for Julia and Casey and have managed to somehow break their soda water maker which is kind of a bummer because it's the best thing about staying here (besides the huge television and cable). b
Summer List:
1. finish Eating Habits
2. get a bike
3. work on my base burn
4. non-family trips (at least two)
5. re-establish real life social networks
6. work on Dandelions
7. record my fucking album
8. read only surrealist poetry
9. change my apartment and get all new bedding
10. grow out my bangs

Artist Statement

I was having trouble writing a new artist statement. So Joseph helped me:

Lindsey Martin received her BFA in Photography and Film from VCU, ever since she has been producing films to cope with her fleeting waif-like existence. Her subject matter changes because she can't maintain interest in anything. All readers of this artist statement can fuck off, that means you professor.

I removed the part about my inner teenager and 16 year old male witch audience.

I SHOULD use my tuition bill as my statement. What a joke.
